November Weather Outlook

First day of the month can only mean one thing.  It’s time for the next installment of monthly weather outlooks from the CPC.  (I know you spend the last week of the month yearning for this post.)  Let’s go to the maps…

After what looked to be a cold October (more on that in a future post), November is predicted to be warmer than normal for much of the U.S.  Precipitation is expected to be normal for much of the country.  Northern California as well as Texas and Florida are predicted to experience above normal precipitation.  Let the fun of the 11th month begin!
