Jack Frost-O-Lantern?

Yes… I’m a little tired.

Snow dusted pumpkins on a wagon at Hanson’s Farm in Framingham, MA.  Winter weather advisories and storm watches are still in effect in parts of PA, NY, and NJ as the second Nor’easter is expected to develop tonight and slowly move through the mid-Atlantic and northeast US over the weekend.  An early start to Winter, to be sure.

It’s been a busy weather week and it looks to continue into the weekend (Mother Nature doesn’t seem interested in resting).  You can still refer to the Nor’easter open thread for updated information.  Of course, the two winter outlooks posted this week (Bastardi and NOAA) seem to be the quite the audience hit.  And we’ve begun to look at snow cover around the Northern Hemisphere.  You feel cold just reading about it!  Considering it’s only mid-October, I would say the fun is just beginning.
